Armor Tier List

Best armor sets after the May and July 2026 content updates.

Last updated:

Armor in One More Delve complements your build — melee tanks want defense and stagger resist, mages want mana regen where available, hybrid builds balance both. ATVR added three notable armor sets during Early Access and 1.0.

Tier S — Endgame (Dungeon 4–5)

Dungeon 4 armor sets (×2) — Added May 20, 2026 with the Level 4 content patch. Community consensus places these at endgame for coordinated groups clearing Level 4–5 on higher settings.

Dungeon 5 exclusive pieces — New clothing and armor models shipped with the July 23, 2026 1.0 release. Still being tiered as players document stat bonuses.

Tier A — Mid Game (Dungeon 3)

Dungeon 3 armor set — Added in the May 20 patch alongside increased enemy health in Level 3. Strong upgrade before tackling Level 4.

Tier B — Early Game (Dungeon 1–2)

Starter hub gear and early blueprint drops. Replace quickly — do not over-invest in crafting tier-1 armor beyond your first few runs.

How to Obtain Armor

  1. Defeat bosses and elites for blueprint drops.
  2. Mine crystals and smash crates for mats.
  3. Craft at the forge.
  4. Equip at the hub armory before entering portals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions about One More Delve.

How many armor sets exist?

At least three major sets from Dungeon 3 and 4 updates, plus new 1.0 clothing models. Exact count is community-documented.

Does armor change playstyle?

Yes. Heavier sets suit sword-and-shield melee; lighter sets help magic and pistol builds reposition faster.

Can armor be upgraded?

Progression is blueprint-based crafting, not linear upgrades. Farm higher dungeons for better blueprints.
